Clive Cook has a track record of success building and leading technology businesses. Combining expertise in management, strategic business development and technology application, Mr. Cook is an architect of both products and business models. At VeriLAN, Inc., Mr. Cook led the multi-billion dollar consortium of companies seeking to build, own and operate large wireless infrastructure projects. As CEO of Elematics, Clive led the company from business plan development, financing, and deployment. Clive worked in management positions for Nortel Networks, Acterna (now JDSU) and Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). Clive has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and earned his master’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Carleton University. Tom Critser has 20 years of experience launching and growing successful enterprise software companies. Tom joined RNA networks after five years as the Vice President of World Wide Sales at Infravio, the premier SOA management software company acquired by Software AG (WebMethods). Before joining Infravio, Tom was a co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at TriStep Systems, the first web-based consultant management and procurement software company. Jason Gross is a co-founder of RNA networks and has an extensive background in large scale distributed management systems, Web 2.0 architectures and network management protocols. Prior to founding RNA networks, Jason was a Senior Software Engineer at SilverStorm Technologies (now QLogic), where he focused on InfiniBand management systems. Jason also worked at Cisco Systems and General Instrument where he developed VOIP and cable head-end management systems. Jason holds a BS(CE) degree from Drexel University. Ranjit is a co-founder of RNA Networks with over 11 years of experience in the field of high performance computing. Prior to RNA, Ranjit led the database clustering initiative at SilverStorm Technologies (now QLogic) and was the creator of Reliable Datagram Sockets (RDS). At Intel, Ranjit worked on projects including Intel's InfiniBand initiative and the first Pentium 4 processor architecture. Ranjit holds a M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, India. Before joining RNA networks Frank was VP of Engineering at SignaCert, Inc., delivering an appliance-based solution for independent software measurement, verification and control within the enterprise. Prior to that, Frank was Research Engineering Manager at Intel Corp., involved in leading research efforts in the areas of trust and security. Before joining Intel, Frank was CTO of Swan Island Networks and founder/CTO of Portland Software / Preview Systems. Frank was also instrumental in the success of several other companies such as Second Nature Software, a non-profit company dedicated to donating all profits to The Nature Conservancy, and Central Point Software, which was acquired by Symantec.
