Chief Executive Officer
Clive Cook has a track record of success building and leading technology businesses. Combining expertise in management, strategic business development and technology application, Mr. Cook is an architect of both products and business models. At VeriLAN, Inc., Mr. Cook led the multi-billion dollar consortium of companies seeking to build, own and operate large wireless infrastructure projects. As CEO of Elematics, Clive led the company from business plan development, financing, and deployment. Clive worked in management positions for Nortel Networks, Acterna (now JDSU) and Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). Clive has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and earned his master’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Carleton University. He holds an M.B.A. from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Mr. Cook is on the Board of the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI).

Beatriz Infante has over 25 years experience in creating and driving high-growth businesses fueled by disruptive technologies. Beatriz is currently CEO of BusinessExcelleration and most recently was CEO and Director of VoiceObjects. Beatriz has also served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Aspect Communications, which she led to record revenues and profitability. Prior to her role at Aspect, Infante held multiple senior executive positions at Oracle Corporation, where she led the Open Systems Division to well over $1B in revenue, led the acquisition of the Rdb database business from DEC, and was the key executive for Oracle VLM which yielded dramatic improvements in query performance through a native 64-bit version of the Oracle database. She received a BSE in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and holds an MS from California Institute of Technology. She is also on the boards of Sonus Networks and Skybox Security.

Ranjit is a co-founder of RNA Networks with over 11 years of experience in the field of high performance computing. Prior to RNA, Ranjit led the database clustering initiative at SilverStorm Technologies (now QLogic) and was the creator of Reliable Datagram Sockets (RDS). At Intel, Ranjit worked on projects including Intel's InfiniBand initiative and the first Pentium 4 processor architecture. Ranjit holds a M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, India.

Managing Director, Menlo Ventures
Mark has been with Menlo Ventures since 1996. His main areas of focus are next-generation datacenter infrastructure and cloud computing, software-as-a-service and mobile applications. Mark's current board seats include 3PAR, mywaves, Pliant Technology, Voltage Security, SpeedDate and Schooner Information Technology. Prior to joining Menlo Ventures, Mark was a product manager for Oracle Corporation's Massively Parallel Processing Group. In this role, he was part of the team that developed and deployed one of the first true massively parallel and multi-threaded commercial software offerings - the Oracle Parallel Server. Eventually, Mark started and managed a consulting group at Oracle dedicated to customers of this product. Mark then went on to work for Netscape Communications Corporation from the first year of the company's inception through its IPO. Mark is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S. in Physics with Electrical Engineering) and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.), and currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Council of the MIT School of Science.
